Refund Policy

fanstats.io is a SaaS analytics platform ("we", "our", "us"). All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle handles all billing, taxes, refunds, and payment disputes.
1. Digital Content & Immediate Access
By purchasing a subscription, you consent to immediate access to our digital service.
Because fanstats.io is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, your statutory right of withdrawal (cancellation) may be limited or lost once access begins, in accordance with EU law.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the service cannot be accessed due to a technical issue, a refund may be requested.
- If a purchase was made in error and the request is within 14 days of the first charge, Paddle may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds outside these conditions are not guaranteed, except where required by applicable consumer law.
Note: Once you have actively used the service (e.g., uploaded CSV files and accessed analytics), refunds are generally limited.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted directly via Paddle:
- Visit paddle.com and contact Paddle support with your order ID and purchase email.
- Alternatively, email Paddle at help@paddle.com.
You may also contact our support team at support@fanstats.io for guidance, but refunds are processed exclusively by Paddle. Paddle reviews all requests in accordance with their Buyer Terms and applicable law.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
- Processing usually takes 3–5 business days (may vary by bank).
- Paddle may retain transaction fees as per their standard policy.
5. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or Paddle.
- Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund unless eligible under Section 2.
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless legally required.
6. Abuse, Fraud, and Limitations
We and Paddle reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- Fraud, repeated abuse, or manipulation of refunds
- Chargeback misuse
- Violation of our Terms of Service
